Technical Sales Advisor
Display Center S.à r.l., a company specialised in display solutions, POS, signage, exhibition supports, printing and visual communication, is looking for a B2B Field Salesperson to develop its commercial activity with a professional clientele in Luxembourg and the Greater Region.
Display Center is part of the Format group, active in exhibition stands, events, carpentry, printing, signage and space design. This affiliation allows us to offer clients standard solutions, as well as more personalised or bespoke responses when the project requires it.
Your mission
Your main mission will be to be on the ground, in direct contact with clients and prospects, in order to present Display Center products, identify needs, advise clients, prepare commercial offers and ensure follow-up until the order.
The position is focused on client relations, commercial prospecting and revenue development. It also includes an essential administrative part: preparing and following up on quotes, entering information into Odoo, visit reports and internal coordination.
Your responsibilities
You will be particularly responsible for:
- visiting clients and prospects daily;
- presenting Display Center products and solutions to a professional clientele;
- developing a portfolio of existing clients and new prospects;
- re-engage former clients of Display Center ;
- identify clients' needs regarding display, POS, signage, exhibition supports, printing and visual communication ;
- advise clients on products suited to their needs, budgets, quantities and deadlines ;
- prepare or have quotes prepared in the company's tools, notably Odoo ;
- follow up and chase quotes until the order ;
- negotiate commercial terms within the framework defined by management ;
- ensure commercial follow-up of orders in coordination with administration, suppliers, production, printing and logistics ;
- keep client information, opportunities, appointments, quotes, follow-ups and histories up to date in Odoo ;
- systematically write a visit report in Odoo after each client or prospect visit, summarising identified needs, products presented, next actions, business opportunities and follow-up deadlines ;
- detect cross-selling opportunities with other companies in the group ;
- participate in commercial actions, prospecting campaigns, trade shows, events or product presentations ;
- contribute to the improvement of the product offering, catalogue and webshop by relaying market needs ;
- establish regular commercial reporting to management.
Your profile
We are looking for a dynamic, autonomous and client-oriented person, who enjoys commercial contact and fieldwork.
You ideally have :
- of experience in B2B sales, field prospecting, business development or customer relations ;
- of an interest in display products, POS materials, signage, printing, visual communication, events or exhibition stands ;
- of a good ability to present products clearly, concretely and convincingly ;
- of relational and telephone ease ;
- of a good professional presentation ;
- of an ability to understand a client's needs and propose a suitable solution ;
- of administrative rigor in tracking offers, appointments, follow-ups and orders ;
- of a good command of common office tools ;
- of ease with CRM/ERP tools, ideally Odoo ;
- of a team spirit and a good ability to coordinate with internal services.
Experience in signage, printing, POS materials, display, events or technical products is an advantage, but is not essential if you are motivated, curious and able to learn quickly.
Languages
- Fluent French is essential.
- English is mandatory.
- Luxembourgish and/or German are important assets.
Driving licence
A category B driving licence is mandatory.
The position involves frequent travel to clients and prospects. A company car is available for business travel.
